Provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No 6502 apply for the product return process. The right to withdraw from the transaction is applicable within 14 days after the product is delivered to the customer. To use the right of withdrawal, the Customer must make a notification in this regard by fax, e-mail or telephone and the product must not be used (gelatin in perfume products has not been opened). If the right to withdraw from the transaction is exercised, the cargo delivery slip attesting the delivery of the product to a 3rd party or to the Customer must be returned with the original invoice. Upon receipt of these documents, the product inspection is carried out by experts. The products that are eligible for refund as a result of the inspection are refunded within 7 days using the same method as the method of payment by the Customer. If the original invoice is not returned, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, can not be refunded. For the products purchased within the same day delivery service, the collected delivery fee is deducted from the invoice payment amount and only the product price is refunded.

The customer can not use the right of withdrawal for products which are produced in accordance with the customer’s special requests and or made specific to the person by making modifications or additions. For this reason, the right of withdrawal is not valid for all rings adjusted to the measurement of the finger specified by the customer, products for which engraving has been made on the stone, on the gold parts or written inside the product, all products produced in line with the customers’ wishes and ATAkulche.
All the items, invoices, waybill, certificate, product box, packaging and all other documents and materials must be submitted in complete form and undamaged form to the address at the bottom of the page. The customer shall be responsible for any deterioration in the documents or materials sent with the product or any damage to the product itself which causes loss in value during the return shipment, from the cargo companies or from the customer who performs the return process. Once the returned product has been received, it is examined by the experts to determine whether the return conditions have been fulfilled.
